I was deeply saddened and shocked to hear of your passing. I have great respect for the strength and courage it must have taken to leave so much behind and come to the Netherlands to build a safe future for your daughter. I hope she carries the same determination and resilience that her mother clearly had, and I wish her all the strength she will need in the times ahead. My thoughts are also with your family and all the loved ones you had to leave behind in Ukraine.

Rest in peace.

It is difficult to find the right words. Your passing has deeply touched me, especially knowing how bravely you continued to fight and how committed you remained, even attending meetings until very recently. Alongside that strength, you brought warmth, personality and a very human energy into our team.

I will remember you as a strong and remarkable woman. You came to the Netherlands from Ukraine with your daughter, having to leave so much behind, and still you found the resilience to build a new life here. I first met you in 2022, when I interviewed you for an interim position. Soon after, you were introduced to Peter for a permanent role, and for the past two years we had the opportunity to work together in the same team.

Even when you became ill, you kept fighting with incredible determination. Despite everything you were going through, you remained a cheerful and warm presence. Most of all, I will remember how proud you were of your daughter. Whenever you spoke about her, your love and pride were so clear. I hope she will find strength in knowing how deeply loved she was by you.
